Race Nation Kazakhstan is a competition of big athletes, "white collars" and progressive youth, with obstacles specially prepared for the location and infrastructure.
Participants can take part in several categories. Everyone interested will be able to try their hand in both individual and team competitions.

The following distances will be presented at Race Nation Kazakhstan 2022:
- 5 km + 20 obstacles - act! A tricky 5km race and 20 obstacles will appeal to both beginners and experienced athletes.
- 10 km + 25 obstacles - win! Show all your preparation and reach the finish line! Your goal is your victory!
- 20 km + 30 obstacles - a real “battlefield”, a test of physical endurance and will. Be at your best!
Everyone who reaches the finish line in any category receives exclusive medals, and the winners in the Elite and Team Elite categories receive Race Nation Kazakhstan cups with a unique design and many prizes!
